The outrigger table enables the user to process large and heavy workpieces. The three ball bearing rollers guide the telescopic support arm and ensure utmost precision and smooth running.

The scale on the crosscut fence is ­bevelled towards the operator, this is to assist you when ­setting the crosscut stop position ­and improve accuracy by preventing readout errors. The crosscut stop position indicator is perfectly integrated into the body of the crosscut stop.

The heavy, double sided cast iron ­suspension of the spindle moulder unit provides stability and runs smoothly and quietly.

Standard: Rearward tilting spindle
90°–45° for increased tooling ­applications.

Spindle fence 220 for tools up to a maximum diameter of 220 mm. The fence plates are anodised. The outfeed fence can be
adjusted from –5 mm to +25 mm.

The MULTI-adjustment system allows quick adjustment of the moulder fencer. This time saving feature reduces setup time and the number of test cuts that are required. The whole fence can also be removed and then returned to its exact position.

Optional – 14,000 rpm high speed router spindle in place of 30 mm moulder spindle. (must be ordered before the machine is produced).

The heavy duty Hammer spindle unit ensures high precision when moulding and tennoning with heavy tooling.
